Beautiful day today. Graeme went to cross country practice. Sherry came back and said she ran/walked 6 miles. Boy I need to get back into it or Sherry will leave me in the dust in the Murfreesboro half! And I mean it she will. Found a big Praying Manthis outside on the deck. Took a nice 18megapixel picture of it head and it has quite a cute smile.
